Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1-2 Cucumbers
1-2 Serrano Pepper
2 Jalapeno Peppers
1 Garlic Clove
3-4 Limes
Radishes
1 Red Onion
Cilantro
Olive Oil
White Vinegar
Salt
1lb Shrimp
Directions:
Peel & Devein Shrimp
Squeeze Lime juice into a bowl. Add Shrimp. Let marinade in fridge for 2 hours.
Peel, Slice & Devein Cucumbers
Peel Garlic & Slice Radishes
Remove Cilantro stems & Slice Red Onion
Remove ends of chile peppers (optional: De Seed)
Slice & dice Avocado
Place Cilantro, Jalapeno, Garlic, Serrano, Olive Oil, White Vinegar & dash of Salt into blender. Blend until Smooth
Now it's time to plate
Build a base layer w/ tortilla chips
Evenly add Shrimp. Save juice for later
Add Cucumber, Red Onion & Radishes
Next, Add Avocado & Blended Chile Paste
Finish w/ a drizzle of lime juice & pinch of salt
